PS IT Infrastructure & Services admitted to CIRP; IRP appointed
PS IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd has been admitted into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by the NCLT, Mumbai bench, following a default in loan and interest payments. Mr. Rajneesh Kumar Aggarwal has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). The application was filed by Golden Medows Export Private Limited, a financial creditor, under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The total default amount claimed is ₹3,10,02,122 as of September 30, 2025, which includes ₹2,90,00,000 in principal from an Inter Corporate Deposit and ₹20,02,122 in interest.
