Rachit Prints Appoints Siddharath Gupta as Independent Director

Rachit Prints Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Siddharath Gupta (DIN: 11262977) as an Independent Director, effective May 25, 2026. Mr. Gupta has provided his consent to act in this capacity and has certified that he is not disqualified under the Companies Act, 2013. He is a professional and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Membership No. 516656). Currently, he also serves as an Independent Director at Helloji Holidays Limited.
