Mohit Sharma Resigns as WTD & CFO; Sahil Mahawar Appointed CFO

Tacent Projects Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Mohit Sharma from the post of Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 22, 2026. Mr. Sharma will, however, continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director of the company. Concurrently, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Sahil Mahawar as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), also effective September 22, 2026. Mr. Mahawar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and is a qualified Company Secretary, bringing experience in finance, secretarial law, SEBI law, and corporate governance.
