Tacent Projects: Mohit Sharma resigns as CFO & WTD; Sahil Mahawar appointed CFO

Tacent Projects Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Mohit Sharma from the positions of Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 22, 2026. Mr. Sharma will, however, continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director on the Board. Concurrently, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Sahil Mahawar as the new Chief Financial Officer of the company, also effective September 22, 2026. Mr. Mahawar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and is a Company Secretary (Executive), with experience in finance, secretarial law, SEBI law, and corporate governance. He is not related to any existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel.
