Ghushine: Appoints Internal Auditor, New CFO; Old CFO Resigns

Ghushine Fintrrade Ocean Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 22, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s AADIL AIBADA & ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation. Additionally, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Pavan Jain from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) due to personal commitments, effective from the close of business hours on September 22, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Samyak Alok Jain was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, a Key Managerial Personnel, for a term of five years, effective September 22, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.
