Ghushine: CFO Change & Internal Auditor Appointment

Ghushine Fintrrade Ocean Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on September 22, 2026, approved significant management and governance changes. Mr. Pavan Jain resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) due to personal commitments, effective from the close of business hours on September 22, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Samyak Alok Jain has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer for a term of five years, effective the same date. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s AADIL AIBADA & ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27.
