Ghushine Fintrrade Ocean Ltd appoints Samyak Jain as CFO

Ghushine Fintrrade Ocean Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on September 22, 2026, approved several key changes. Mr. Pavan Jain resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) due to personal commitments, effective September 22, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Samyak Alok Jain was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, designated as Key Managerial Personnel, for a five-year term starting September 22, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s AADIL AIBADA & ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation.
