Ghushine Fintrrade: CFO Pavan Jain resigns, Samyak Jain appointed; Internal Auditor

Ghushine Fintrrade Ocean Ltd. announced significant changes following its Board meeting on September 22, 2026. Mr. Pavan Jain resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) due to personal commitments, effective the close of business on the same date. The Board acknowledged his contributions. Concurrently, Mr. Samyak Alok Jain was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, designated as a Key Managerial Personnel, for a five-year term, also effective September 22, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s AADIL AIBADA & ASSOCIATES, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation.
