Rainbow Foundations Ltd to Incorporate a Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Rainbow Foundations Ltd, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has announced the approval for the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Rainbow Foundations and Real Estates Private Limited. The proposed company will be registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with a paid-up capital of 99,990 shares of Re 10.00/- each at par value, amounting to 100% shareholding by Rainbow Foundations Ltd.
