Rajputana Stainless Re-appoints Auditors, Appoints Secretarial Auditor

Rajputana Stainless Limited announced board approvals for the re-appointment of M/s. Ruparel & Bavadiya Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term, commencing after the upcoming 35th AGM until the 40th AGM. The company also approved the appointment of M/s. Kavita Khatri & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031. Additionally, M/s. Y S Thakar & Co. were re-appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27, and M/s. Jain & Hindocha as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. All appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
