Ramco Systems appoints Raghuveer Sandesh Bilagi as CEO

Ramco Systems Ltd's Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendations, approved the appointment of Mr. Raghuveer Sandesh Bilagi as the Chief Executive Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel. The appointment is effective from July 02, 2026. Mr. Bilagi, previously the President & Chief Operating Officer, is a veteran with over two decades in enterprise technology. He founded Ramco’s Australia & New Zealand business and has held leadership positions at HCL Technologies and Tech Mahindra. A Chartered Accountant and CPA, he has a strong track record of driving strategic growth and closing significant deals.
