RateGain Re-appoints Bhanu Chopra as CMD for 5 Years

RateGain Travel Technologies Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Bhanu Chopra as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) for a further period of five years, effective August 5, 2026, until August 4, 2031. The decision was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Chopra, the founder, brings over 16 years of experience in the technology and travel industry, having led the company through significant milestones including its IPO and global expansion. He is related to Ms. Megha Chopra (wife) and is not debarred from holding directorship by any authority.
