RateGain Re-appoints Bhanu Chopra as CMD for 5 Years

RateGain Travel Technologies Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Bhanu Chopra as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) for a further period of five years, effective August 5, 2026, until August 4, 2031. The decision was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Chopra, the company's founder, brings over 16 years of experience in the technology and travel industry. His leadership has been instrumental in the company's IPO, global expansion, and strengthening its product portfolio. He is not debarred from holding directorships by any authority.
