Rathi Steel Appoints Cost and Internal Auditors for FY27

Rathi Steel & Power Ltd announced the appointment of M/s R. M. Bansal & Co. as Cost Auditor and M/s. DIT & Company as Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. These appointments were approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The company also approved the notice for its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2026, and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. Additionally, the Board approved the adoption of a new Memorandum of Association to align with the Companies Act, 2013, and appointed Mr. Sameer Kishore Bhatnagar as Scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM.
