Kaarya Facilities auditor Piyush Kothari & Associates resigns

Kaarya Facilities and Services Ltd has announced the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. Piyush Kothari & Associates. The resignation is effective August 31, 2026. The auditors cited "other pressing commitments and other pre-fixed assignments" as the reason for their departure, stating they could not "do full justice to the audit" of the company. They assured that the resignation is not intended to reflect adversely on the company and that all factors related to a smooth transition have been discussed with management. The firm had been appointed on September 30, 2025, for a five-year term ending at the AGM in 2030. They have completed the audit for the Financial Year 2025-26.
