Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills Ltd announced the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s. K P J & Co., effective September 1, 2026, due to professional commitments. The Board of Directors, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, has appointed M/s. H. L. SAINI & Co. as the new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy. They will hold office until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also received an order from the NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench, allowing an additional one-month period to conduct AGMs for FY 2024-25 and 2025-26.
