Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills Appoints New Auditor, Confirms AGM Notice

Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on September 1, 2026. The board accepted the resignation of statutory auditors M/s. K P J & Co. due to professional commitments. Subsequently, M/s. H. L. SAINI & Co. were appointed as the new statutory auditors, effective September 1, 2026, to hold office until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This appointment is subject to member approval. The NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench, has granted the company an additional month to conduct its AGMs for FY 2024-25 and 2025-26, following an order dated August 27, 2026. The board also approved the draft notices for these AGMs.
