Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills Ltd: NCLT Grants Extension for AGM

Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills Ltd announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, has granted an extension of one month from August 27, 2026, to conduct its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26. This extension follows an application highlighting the completion of procedural formalities post-resolution plan approval and capital reduction. The Board of Directors also accepted the resignation of statutory auditors M/s. K P J & Co. and appointed M/s. H. L. SAINI & Co. as the new statutory auditors until the conclusion of the upcoming AGM. The company will submit draft AGM notices for the relevant financial years to BSE Ltd. in due course.
