Kaarya Facilities Auditors Resign Due to Commitments

Kaarya Facilities and Services Ltd has accepted the resignation of its statutory auditors, Piyush Kothari & Associates. The auditors cited "other pressing commitments and other pre-fixed assignments" as the reason for their resignation, stating they could not dedicate sufficient time to the company's audit. They confirmed that their resignation is not a reflection of any adverse issues with the company and that all necessary steps for a smooth transition have been discussed with the management. The auditors have completed their audit for the financial year 2025-26 and will be filing the ADT-3 form with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) shortly.
