NOCIL Ltd Appoints Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Statutory Auditors

NOCIL Ltd announced the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as its new statutory auditors. This appointment, recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, is for a term of five years. The term will commence from the conclusion of the 65th Annual General Meeting (expected July-August 2027) and will extend until the conclusion of the 70th Annual General Meeting (for FY 2031-32). This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the 65th AGM. The current auditors, M/s Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP, will continue until the conclusion of the 65th AGM, completing their second consecutive five-year term.
