The company reported revenue exceeding ₹200 Crore, marking over 30% year-on-year growth from ₹156.43 Crore in the previous year. Sales volume reached 32,028 MT, an increase of 28.86% year-on-year from 24,855 MT. Operationally, Rathi Steel successfully negotiated a 450 bps interest rate reduction with its existing lender and secured additional funds to support business growth. Looking ahead, the company targets 55-60% rolling mill utilization in FY27, up from 51-52% in FY26, and plans to scale up steel melting shop utilization. The focus remains on value-added products, margin optimization, and evaluating a melting shop upgrade at its Ghaziabad facility to enhance its value-added product portfolio.
