JTL Defence Board Approves MOA Amendments, Director Appointments

JTL Defence Limited's Board of Directors convened on August 29, 2026, approving several key resolutions. The board noted the re-appointment of Mr. Pranav Singla as Managing Director and appointed Mr. Deevesh Bhojia as Whole-time Director (Additional).
