RDB Infrastructure Appoints Cost Auditor & Seeks Member Approval for MD

RDB Infrastructure And Power Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 4, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s Sohan Lal Jalan and Associates as the Cost Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2027. This appointment is subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the Board approved the issuance of a Postal Ballot Notice to seek member approval for the regularization of Mr. Shubham Vaidya's appointment as Managing Director, effective April 9, 2026. Ms. Prachi Bhartia was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process. The meeting also confirmed the details of the Cost Auditor's appointment as per SEBI regulations.
