RDB Infrastructure Appoints New Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

RDB Infrastructure and Power Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 27, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Reshma Maheswari as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Ms. Maheswari is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, holds a law degree and a graduate degree in commerce, and has prior experience in corporate compliances and IBC proceedings. Additionally, the Board authorized key managerial personnel, including Mr. Rajeev Kumar, Mr. Shubham Vaidya, Mr. Ramakant Asopa, and Ms. Reshma Maheswari, to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to the stock exchanges.
