Recode Studios Director Manoj Kumar Resigns

Recode Studios Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Manoj Kumar as an Independent Director, effective August 5, 2026. He also ceases to be a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kumar cited personal circumstances for his resignation and confirmed no other material reasons or disagreements with the Board or management. He previously held positions as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee at Susan Electricals India Limited.
