Resonance Specialties Recommends ₹1 Dividend for FY26

Resonance Specialties Ltd has recommended a dividend of Re. 1/- per share (10%) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The record date for dividend entitlement is fixed as Tuesday, July 28, 2026. The Board of Directors approved this decision during a meeting held in Mumbai.
