Rex Sealing and Packing Industries Ltd has appointed Ms. Manisha Munnalal Gupta as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective May 05, 2026. The appointment was approved during the Board of Directors meeting held on the same day, which commenced at 03:30 P.M and concluded at 04:00 P.M. Ms. Gupta is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is not related to any Director of the Company.
