Rexnord Electronics Re-appoints R.J. Rathi & Co. as Internal Auditor

Rexnord Electronics and Controls Limited has announced the re-appointment of M/s. R.J. Rathi & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The re-appointment, effective from April 1, 2026, until March 31, 2027, was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting on May 29, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and entering into agreements with related parties.
