RHI Magnesita India forms JV/Subsidiary RHIM Khemka MINPRO

RHI Magnesita India Limited (RHIM) announced that RHIM Khemka MINPRO Private Limited has officially become a Joint Venture/Subsidiary Company. This follows an allotment of 9,607 equity shares by the JV Company to Khemka on a preferential basis, valued at ₹1,91,17,930. The consideration for these shares is the transfer of approximately 12.87 acres of land in Dhenkanal, Odisha. Consequently, RHIM and Khemka now hold 51% and 49% equity share capital, respectively. Khemka's nominee directors have also been appointed to the JV Company's board.
