Uma Exports Ltd Enters Joint Venture for Food Products
Uma Exports Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved a proposal to enter into a Joint Venture (JV) partnership named "URJAHAAR FOODS" with M/s Kota Dall Mill. Uma Exports will hold a 49% share in profits and losses, while M/s Kota Dall Mill will be the Managing Partner with a 51% share. The company will contribute up to ₹49,00,000 in cash and/or kind to the JV. The JV aims to manufacture and supply recipe-based, supplementary nutrition, micro-nutrient fortified, energy-dense, and extruded food products to various buyers, including the Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Ltd. The investment is expected to strengthen the company's presence in the nutrition and food processing sector. The JV is anticipated to be completed within 15 days.
