The meeting will cover the financial year 2025-26. E-voting will be open from September 21 to September 23, 2026. The cut-off date for determining voting rights is September 17, 2026, with a book closure period from September 18 to September 24, 2026. The company, an NBFC focused on Gold Loans and retail lending, reported significant branch network expansion from 19 to 50 branches in FY 2025-26 and aims for ₹150 crore Gold Loan AUM in FY 2026-27. They are also exploring a public issue of Non-Convertible Debentures up to ₹50 crore.
