Riddhi Corporate Services Appoints New Auditors, Calls EGM

Riddhi Corporate Services Limited's Board of Directors met on October 19, 2026, approving the appointment of Ms. Aparajita V Shah & Co. as Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27. The board also decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on November 10, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for the auditor appointment and other matters. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from November 4 to November 10, 2026, with November 3, 2026, set as the e-voting cut-off date. Amrish N. Gandhi has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the EGM.
