Riddhi Corporate Services Appoints New Statutory Auditor

Riddhi Corporate Services Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 19, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s Aparajita V Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's Statutory Auditors. They will serve until the conclusion of the 17th Annual General Meeting (FY 26-27). The board also decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on November 10, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for this appointment and other matters. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from November 4-10, 2026, with a cut-off date of November 3, 2026, for e-voting. Amrish N. Gandhi has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the EGM.
