Riddhi Corporate Services Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Riddhi Corporate Services Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Aparajita V Shah & Co. as their new Statutory Auditors until the conclusion of the 17th annual general meeting (FY 26-27). The company also decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on November 10, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for various matters. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from November 4 to November 10, 2026, with a cut-off date of November 3, 2026, for e-voting. Amrish N. Gandhi has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the EGM.
