Rita Finance appoints Mukesh Sharma as Chief Financial Officer

Rita Finance and Leasing Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Mukesh Laxman Sharma as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. The Board of Directors approved his appointment on April 29, 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Sharma is a Science graduate with extensive experience of 24 years in the BFSI sector, including a 2-year tenure at HSBC Bank. He has also successfully managed Aquaria Advisory Services Pvt Ltd as Managing Director for over 22 years, focusing on Finance and Insurance Advisory. He has no relation to any existing director of the company.
