RSD Finance Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q3 2025 Results

RSD Finance Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Internal Code of Practices & Procedures for prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from January 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the dissemination of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due course.
