RSD Finance Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 and FY Ended 31.03.2026

RSD Finance Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Internal Code of Practices & Procedures for prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the dissemination of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the 4th quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose is yet to be intimated.
