RSD Finance Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 11, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the Third quarter (Q3) ended 31st December, 2025 of FY 2025-26. In accordance with the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for 'Designated Persons and their Immediate Relative(s) from Thursday, January 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for Third quarter (Q3) ended 31st December, 2025.
