S H Kelkar Appoints Ranjeet Agrawal as EVP - Sales

S H Kelkar and Company Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ranjeet Agrawal as Executive Vice President - Sales (India Subcontinent) and Senior Management Personnel. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is effective from August 20, 2026. Mr. Agrawal brings over 20 years of experience in the fragrance, consumer insights, and FMCG industries, with a strong background in business growth and sales leadership. He previously served as General Manager – Fragrance, India & South Asia at Takasago International Corporation.
