Sagility Ltd Redeems ₹1,495 Cr NCDs to Sagility B.V.

Sagility Ltd has announced the partial redemption of its unsecured, unlisted redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The company redeemed 1,495 NCDs, each with a face value of ₹10,00,000, totaling ₹1,49,50,00,000. This redemption was made to Sagility B.V., the debenture holder, on July 03, 2026, in accordance with the terms of the bond trust deed dated December 22, 2021. Additionally, applicable interest of ₹2,88,09,576 for the period April 01, 2026, to July 02, 2026, at 8% per annum, was paid after tax deduction at source. The redemption was approved by shareholders via remote e-voting on March 21, 2025.
