Sagility Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Sagility Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut from July 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. During this period, designated persons, their relatives, and other insiders are prohibited from trading in the company's equity shares.
