Aeroflex Neu Acquires 55% Stake in Aerolex Cables for ₹310.35 Crore

Aeroflex Neu Ltd announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the acquisition of 1,10,000 Equity Shares, representing 55% of Aerolex Cables Private Limited, for a cash consideration of ₹31,00,35,000 (₹310.35 Crore). This acquisition will make Aerolex a subsidiary and aims to diversify Aeroflex's business into wire and cable manufacturing, strengthening its position in the Al Infra and Data Centre sector. The first tranche acquisition is expected to complete within 60 days.
