Aeroflex Neu Acquires 55% Stake in Aerolex Cables for ₹31.03 Crore

Aeroflex Neu Ltd has entered into the wire and cable manufacturing business through the acquisition of 55% equity shares in Aerolex Cables Private Limited for a purchase consideration of ₹31.03 Crore. This strategic move, approved by the Board of Directors, aims to support the company's growth and diversification plans. Aerolex Cables, with a turnover of ₹55.16 Crore in FY26, operates in the wire and cable industry. The acquisition is expected to broaden Aeroflex Neu's product range and strengthen its position in the Al Infra and Data Centre sector. The company plans to acquire additional shares in Aerolex in subsequent tranches. The Board also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
