Aeroflex Neu: Deviation in Fund Utilization for Q2 FY27

Aeroflex Neu Limited (formerly Sah Polymers Ltd.) has filed its Statement of Deviation and Variation for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per SEBI regulations. The company reported a deviation in the utilization of funds raised via preferential allotment of convertible warrants on July 25, 2025, amounting to ₹6,480 Lakhs (₹64.80 Crore). The variation is due to a modification in the object of utilization, approved by shareholders on August 25, 2026. The proceeds will now be used for constructing and developing Plug and Play Office Complexes, IT Parks, Data Centers, residential and industrial complexes, including hospitality businesses, either directly or through subsidiaries. The Audit Committee has reviewed and noted this variation, which is in accordance with the shareholders' approval. As of September 30, 2026, only ₹1,620 Lakhs (25%) of the total amount raised has been received.
