SAL Steel Appoints Anil Kumar Singh as New CFO

SAL Steel Ltd. has announced the appointment of Shri Anil Kumar Singh as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The appointment, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, is effective from July 01, 2026. Shri Singh brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the steel, automobile, and textile industries. He is a qualified Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA) and B.Com graduate, with a proven track record in managing large integrated steel plants and expertise in technical operations, financial governance, and workforce management. He is not related to any existing Director or KMP of the company.
