Salasar Techno Engineering to hold fresh shareholder meeting for amalgamation

Salasar Techno Engineering Ltd. has announced a fresh (de novo) meeting of its Equity Shareholders, supervised by the Hon'ble NCLT, Allahabad Bench. This meeting, scheduled for August 8, 2026, is to consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation of Hill View Infrabuild Limited with Salasar Techno Engineering Limited.
