Sambandam Spinning Mills Ltd. announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board of directors approved the results at their meeting held on May 23, 2026. The board also resolved to appoint M/s K.S.G. Subramanyam & Co as the Internal Auditor and Dr. C. Dhanapal as the Cost Auditor for the FY 2026-27. The Statutory Auditors, M/s P.N. Raghavendra Rao & Co, issued an audit report with an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
