Sancode Subsidiary Appoints CEO for OSAT Facility

Sancode Technologies Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Jerry A. Agnes as the Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary, Sancode SEMI Private Limited. Mr. Agnes, with over 35 years of global semiconductor industry experience, will spearhead the establishment and operationalization of Sancode Semi's greenfield Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This strategic appointment is crucial for the development of the OSAT facility, which includes facility design, equipment selection, process qualification, and ramp-up to commercial production. Mr. Agnes's prior experience includes founding CG Semi Private Limited and leading significant operations at Amkor Technology Philippines Inc.
