Sancode Technologies Acquires 100% of Cirtek Electronics Corp.

Sancode Technologies Ltd, through its subsidiary Sancode Semi Private Limited, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Cirtek Electronics Corporation (CEC), a Philippines-based semiconductor company. The acquisition, valued at ₹239.60 Crore, is subject to condition precedents and applicable approvals. CEC reported a turnover of USD 26.62 million in FY2025. This strategic move aims to enhance Sancode's access to technology, intellectual property, and proprietary know-how in its Semiconductor OSAT operations. The transaction is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed within 730 days from the Appointed Date.
