Sandu Pharmaceuticals Board Meeting: MD Demise, New Director Appointed

Sandu Pharmaceuticals Ltd held a Board Meeting on July 11, 2026. The Board noted the demise of Managing Director, Shri Umesh B. Sandu, who passed away on June 19, 2026. Dr. Neeti Madan Kapre was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term. Shri Balram Viswanathan was redesignated from Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director to Chairman and Managing Director for three years, subject to member approval. The Board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee.
